Global TEFL is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this remote part-time role, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our students and potential customers. Qualifications: • Fluency in English: Proficiency in English is essential, as this role involves frequent communication with international students.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for interacting with customers effectively.
• Customer-Centric Attitude: A genuine passion for helping others and providing outstanding customer service.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with online platforms and able to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and resolve customer inquiries and problems independently.
• Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Customer Assistance: Assist customers and prospective students via email, chat, and phone by providing information about our courses, enrollment procedures, and course content. Address inquiries promptly and professionally.
•Registration Support: Guide students through the course registration process, including payment processing and access to course materials. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to students encountering issues with our online learning platform. Troubleshoot and escalate technical problems when necessary.
• Course Information: Maintain a deep understanding of our courses, curricula, and the TEFL/TESOL industry to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from students and relay it to the relevant departments to continuously improve our services.
Working Conditions:
• This is a part-time, remote position.
